Terms of service for the use of Viewora
Scope
These terms govern the use of Viewora, operated by Marcel Strahl, Am End 9A, 41189 Mönchengladbach, Germany. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Service description
Viewora lets you track films and series, maintain a watchlist and viewing history, and find where a title is available to stream. Viewora does not host or stream any video content itself.
Account and usage rights
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Third-party data sources
Titles, posters, and cast information are provided by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming-availability information and the deeplinks to streaming providers are provided by JustWatch. We do not control the accuracy or availability of this third-party data and are not liable for it.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In all other cases, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage for slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation.

The information provided on Viewora — in particular metadata, posters, and availability information — makes no claim to accuracy or completeness. Use is at your own risk. We assume no liability for the currency, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against us for damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are generally excluded, provided we are not demonstrably guilty of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct.
Any use, exploitation, or modification of the content of viewora.app outside its intended purpose is prohibited. Copying or extracting content, databases, etc. for commercial use is not permitted.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in “Settings › Account”. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
